HCE Group awards finalists

In May 2017, we were delighted to share the news with you that we had been shortlisted as a finalist at the Credit Awards in the Conduct & Culture category for ‘Excellence in Treating Customer Vulnerability – Collections & Debt Management’.

As a company, we have long championed the training of both enforcement agents and all our administrative staff on how to identify and work with vulnerable debtors. We have developed training courses that sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF).

In June 2017, Agored Cymru awarded HCE Group the ‘Quality Mark in vulnerability training’. The Quality Mark is an endorsement of outstanding practice in delivering learning.

HCE Group is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted in several award categories this year, in recognition of our vulnerability work.

Utilities & Telecoms Awards 2017

HCE Group has been shortlisted under two categories at the Utilities & Telecoms Awards: ‘Best Vulnerable Customer Support Team‘ and ‘Best Use of Technology‘.

The Utilities & Telecoms awards take place on the 5th October, Nottingham Belfry, where the winners will be announced.

CCR Credit Excellence Awards 2017

As a result of our vulnerability training, High Court Enforcement Group has been shortlisted for ‘Contribution to the Credit Industry‘.

Our training is available to the wider industry, including creditor organisations, local authorities and law firms, as well as the company’s own enforcement and administration teams.

Hosted by the publishers of CCR Magazine, these awards take place on the 3rd October 2017 in the Guoman Tower Hotel, London.

IRRV Awards 2017

Our sister company, Excel Civil Enforcement, has been shortlisted at this year’s IRRV Performance Awards in the ‘Excellence in Staff Development’ category.

Excel’s continuous staff development programme supports enhanced and on-going advancement of a culture for learning. Ensuring that learning and excellent practice is recognised, challenges are relished and embraced and self-evaluation and critical reflection is embedded in practice – all qualities which ensure all staff members are equipped with the correct skills and best practises within the enforcement industry.

The awards take place on 4th October at the IRRV annual conference in Telford. We’d like to wish Excel the very best of luck.

Whilst winning these awards would be lovely, we are completely delighted to be shortlisted as finalists at these awards!
