Process Serving

Process Serving

Choose HCE for prompt, efficient process serving with a personalised service.

Service of legal documents is a specialist field, especially where the debtor is avoiding contact. Local knowledge is key in effective processing and our nationwide chain of Enforcement Officers means we can offer local knowledge on a national scale.

We’ve got a proven track record in serving legal documents and our extensive experience and national coverage means there’s a strong likelihood that our Enforcement Officers are aware of your debtor, instantly giving us the edge.

Our service

We pride ourselves on our personalised service and keep you updated every step of the way. Our personal reporting system detailing client needs and individual circumstances ensures you receive the expert assistance you need, promptly and efficiently.

We encourage respondents to make immediate contact with you to avoid further action and costs but because our reports are prepared by Enforcement Officer’s rather than a process agent we can advise you on any enforcement steps you might need to take.

We comply with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) to ensure there are no errors in procedure avoiding any delays.

All service levels include:

  • Confirm receipt of all instructions
  • Regular client updates
  • Standard service of documents
  • Statement provided for Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Winding-up Petitions and Claim forms
  • Affidavits provided for N39 Orders
