Enforcement officers

baliffAs we have stated previously our enforcement officers are trained to an exacting standard. When executing high court writs they carry with them powers of arrest under

“section 10 of the criminal law act of 1977 whereby anyone who impedes an officer in the execution of his duty is liable to arrest and could face a £5000.00 fine, 6 months imprisonment or both”.

That in itself is a very powerful reason to deal with these matters in a professional way.

All our officers are full time employees and work within their designated postcode areas, so that they have become familiar with the local community that they enforce against, therefore gaining much needed local knowledge.

Each of the teams has an area enforcement manager who oversees their day to day enforcement duties and assists in cases that are not straight forward.

We are happy for our clients to speak directly with our enforcement officers for their individual requirements.
Our enforcement officers are supported by a very robust and active backroom staff who have also been trained to a high exacting standard achieving British Standards Institution (BSI) ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 27001:2005 for their Quality Assurance Administration and Information Security Management Systems.

Our enforcement staff record what has happened on an enforcement visit by digitally recording  and uploading the information every evening to our state of the art software system. In turn our dedicated team of administrators let you the client know, exactly the progress of your case.
