ABOUT THE SERVICE
High Court Enforcement Officers are empowered to bring about effective recovery solutions.
Our free transfer up service enables all unregulated County Court Judgments over £600 to be transferred up to the High Court for enforcement. Instructing HCE to act on your behalf is quick and simple- all that we require is a copy of a sealed Judgment and a covering letter with any information to assist the Enforcement Officer.
The Court also awards £111.75 costs to the Claimant and interest on the Judgment debt at 8% per annum.
At HCE we believe that determination leads to results, which is why we aim to attend an address within 72 hours and make a minimum of three visits including one out-of-hours in the absence of payment.
Our Enforcement Officers are complemented by HCE’s bespoke case management system and carry handheld Credit & Debit Card Machines allowing for secure Chip & Pin payments on the doorstep.
WHAT WILL IT COST?
- Our Transfer Up service is free of charge, all we require is the court fee of £60.00 (payable to HMCTS)
- Under normal circumstances all of our fees are recovered from the Defendant
- On successful execution we will recover the full amount of the judgment debt, interest at 8% per annum, plus £111.75 towards the costs you have incurred in issuing the writ
- For unsuccessful enforcement we charge a standard administration fee of £60.00 + VAT to cover basic costs.
