ABOUT THE SERVICE


At High Court Enforcement Group, we pride ourselves on delivering a personalised service that is of the highest quality and value. In order to achieve this we offer three levels of service. Our system is dedicated to producing personalised reporting, detailing customer needs and individual circumstances in order to ensure that you receive the service features and expert assistance you need, promptly and proficiently.

 
ALL SERVICE LEVELS INCLUDE:
  • Confirm receipt of all instructions
  • Regular client updates
  • Standard Service of documents
  • Statement provided for Statutory Demands, Bankruptcy Petitions, Winding-up Petitions and Claim forms
  • Affidavits provided for N39 Orders 

LEVEL 1 (STANDARD SERVICE)

Our standard level service costs just £80 + VAT and can be completed with a 15 working day turnaround. Our standard service also covers a personal service when required, which includes up to three visits and an evening visit.

LEVEL 2 (EXPEDITED SERVICE)

In just five working days we can complete our expedited service, providing a quick convenient solution for your process serving and investigation needs. Our expedited service also covers a personal service when required, which involves three visits including an evening visit.

Our Level 2 expedited service package costs £125 + VAT

LEVEL 3 (NEXT DAY SERVICE)

If you are under strict time constraints, our Level 3 service provides for service of documents to be completed within the same day if required or within two working days. This unparalleled professional and thorough service ensures a smooth, hassle free process. Our next day service also covers a personal service when required, which involves up to three visits and an evening visit.

Our Level 3 service is tailored to suit your specific requirements and costs between £150 - 300 + VAT. (A quote can be given prior to execution)
