ABOUT THE SERVICE

In May 2009, Justice Secretary Jack Straw announced that there would be new measures to improve the payment of Employment Tribunal Awards and reduce the costs of enforcing tribunal awards that failed to be paid.

This decision was influenced by research conducted by the by Citizens Advice CAB who stated that access to justice was denied, and which discovered that 39% of Tribunal Awards granted had received no payment, and no further help whatsoever.

If you have had a legal dispute in the work place and wish to enforce and resolve an Employment Tribunal Award, simply fill in the form below and send it to our Cardiff Office or complete the online form to instruct us now.
