HIGH COURT ENFORCEMENT GROUP ACQUIRES C N GAUNT AND SON
The Directors of High Court Enforcement Group are proud to announce the acquisition of High Court Enforcement Officers and Certificated Bailiffs C N Gaunt & Son of Bradford. The businesses have been working in partnership for at least five years, albeit informally. The deal is essential in securing the delivery of a modern service that is receptive to change and consistent in its ability to yield strong recovery rates. HCE Group will solidify their presence in Yorkshire and the North East by utilising the existing infrastructure and extensive local knowledge of Authorised HCEO’s Gary Bovan and Jim Metcalfe. The firm and its 14 staff will benefit from HCE Group’s use of technology including tracker enabled vehicles, portable chip and pin machines for enforcement staff, and use of SMS text messaging to contact debtors. The firm becomes part of HCE Group with Jim Metcalfe as Enforcement Director for the North of England overseeing field Officers and Gary Bovan as Director of new business and client care, responsible for enhancing links with existing clients and cultivating new business opportunities. The acquisition will see the Groups overall position strengthen within this sector with an 11.25% increase in the number of Writs it enforces. Gordon Dean, Group Director, stated “The purchase is a strategic coup for the Group, cementing our status as an industry leader with strong local links and unparalleled experience in enforcing High Court warrants”.
