Types of Payment 


In order to help keep your account up to date, we offer a number of ways to discharge the amount outstanding, these being:
  • Cash
  • Paying In Book
  • Cheque
  • BACS Payments
  • Credit or Debit Card
  • Standing Order
Fully receipted cash payments can be made to our Officer or over the counter at any of our offices.

CHEQUE / BACS

When paying by cheque, please ensure the cheque is made out to ‘High Court Enforcement Limited’ and your HIG reference is stated clearly on the back of the cheque.

You can forward cheque payments to the return address given on correspondence you have received from HCE.

PLEASE ENSURE...

...that your HIG reference number is given as a reference with all payments to ensure successful allocation to your account.
 

CREDIT / DEBIT CARD

Credit and debit card payments can be accepted by telephone at the following office:

Please be advised that there is a 2% transaction fee for all debit card payments and a 4% transaction fee for all credit card payments. Please ensure that you have your HIG reference at hand so that payment can be allocated correctly.

All credit and debit card payments over £1000 are subject to a signed declaration authorising the transaction. Following payment, an agreement will be forwarded to your address, which must be signed and returned promptly so that payment can be paid over to the Claimant or Creditor.

 
PLEASE NOTE...

...that we can only accept card payments from cards registered to the Defendant and are unable to accept third party payments via the credit/ debit card method.
 

STANDING ORDER

We recommend setting up a Standing Order to ensure peace of mind that payments are made regularly and on time.

You can request a Standing Order form by contacting any of our offices. Please complete and return the form to instigate the payment arrangement.

Alternatively, you can set up a Standing Order personally with your own bank using our bank details listed below.

Please inform us about your Standing Order so that we may update our records accordingly.
