To High Court Enforcement Group Limited, my Enforcement Agents or their assistants. We (or I) do hereby authorise you to take control of the goods, under Schedule 12 Tribunals Courts and Enforcement Act 2007, in or upon the premises, in the tenure and occupation of:

I/We acknowledge that the amount stated above is pure rent and does not include any service charges.

And proceed to recover the said rent as the law directs and we do hereby indemnify you against any and all actions at law, as well as against all costs, charges or expenses, which you may incur or be liable to pay by executing this authority and hereby undertake not to hold you accountable for any goods forcibly or clandestinely removed.
*Please note if we are withdrawn from the above instruction, an abortive/administration charge of £100 + VAT may become due and payable by the landlord. We must be notified of any legal or insolvency proceedings made against the defendant/ company.
